currently my car, a Opel Astra, is to repair...so I have no car today.
Ela is right now to the city to look for pants...I guess she feels good.
Tomorrow I go by train to paris for a concert. It´s quite a while since I played last time in Paris (feb 2002) I´m excited!

I am such a fucking tourist. My friend Rainer took me and my friend Dana to visit his brother in the Brandenburg countryside, and his brother’s mechanic neighbor gave us a ride in a beat up Trabi (he also had a Wartburg). This little car is SCARY on a bumpy unpaved country road! I'll have to dig up the pix we took.

Pants aside, I hope to read an English LJ entry from Ela one of these days. I mean, I'm not ESTONIAN RUSSIAN LIKE YOU, LIIS! :P

and yes, i'm blessed with russian skills, but my german is still almost non-existent, so i can't much follow her german entries. i guess she wants us to learn more languages ;)

I didn't upload any of my pix from 2006. I really should, but I was pretty exhausted after that trip.

Serbian has 6 fewer letters than Russian, so I can't completely read it. I should be fluent in at least one other language, but I'm not anymore. Kinda pathetic.

It's interesting that they're building a new line of those, though I think it might be a limited run.

it's quite weird place though, so many very old and beautiful historical buildings, yet so many of them are abandonned.. walking in the old town feels so unreal.. they said about half of the population moved off to western germany after reunification. before that it was very prosperous place, now it looked so forgotten.. unreal...
